Sue Glendenning

Professional Coach & Mentor for Emerging Leaders

Are you a woman in a leadership role in business who feels as if you are constantly spinning your wheels but not moving forward?

Achieving the respect and acknowledgement you deserve whilst successfully managing staff, clients and all the other people in your day, together with the constant pressure of a busy business life can affect your wellbeing and your results…

No balance in your busy life. Managing the myriad of tasks and decisions – all with a deadline.

Stress and the feeling of overwhelm and exhaustion.

Lack of respect and appreciation. Feeling no-one really understands the many and varied demands on your day.

Simply trying to communicate your message and your needs. To be understood and listened to.

The Superwoman Challenge

Women tell me they feel they have to hide behind a mask of ‘professional perfection’.

High expectations can undermine your confidence and there can be a loss of self-esteem as you start to doubt your ability to maintain your ‘superpowers’.

Finally – Success with Achieving Goals

Is life itself getting in the way of your goals?

If you’ve tried all the methods out there to achieve goals and it hasn’t worked then maybe it’s time for a new approach.

It’s possible to make permanent change to your thinking around goals and new positive habits.

Do You Know Your Purpose?

Effective leaders understand that to have a clear purpose and passion for what you do makes life much more enjoyable and productive. You get things done. You make a difference.

If your purpose aligns with your values and you know how to share them with others, then you are unstoppable.

Don't know where to start?

I just don’t know where to turn next.

I know that feeling. I was in a job where I was succeeding, but I was frustrated because I didn’t like the way the company worked and their values, but couldn’t change it.

Getting support as a woman in business wasn’t easy. There was a lot of noise and advice coming in, and so much information was exhausting and confusing. I wondered if people really wanted to assist or just make a sale.

If you can relate to this you are certainly not on your own.

It’s about making the right choices for you.

Are you ready to take the next step?

Are you ready to acknowledge and value yourself? Do you feel at this point that you have a clear vision? Do you know your Purpose? Are you ready to make the changes you need to make to achieve your vision? What is your intention around your future?
