Testimonials

I was very fortunate to be introduced to Sue Glendenning during a time when I needed assistance to look at my business and the processes that I was undertaking at the time.
In all my meetings with Sue, I have learned a great deal about myself, and importantly about how to look after myself in the world of business and when bringing change to business.
Sue’s way of working with me was extraordinarily supportive, always giving me the belief in myself to stand up and do what I believed in – not what others might think I ought to be doing. Her experience, coupled with her ability to motivate me to document my goals, made an enormous difference to how I operated both in my professional and personal life.
Whenever I need to call on Sue for advice and assistance, she has always been available, always professional and always had very constructive and supportive advice.
Thank you Sue for all your professional support over the past years.

Sue I can’t thank you enough for helping me make the positive changes I needed to make to really move forward with my studies and my career goal. The tools and new understanding I now have make it so easy to deal with situations I once thought impossible or at least extremely difficult. You are an amazing coach and I am delighted with what I have achieved.

If you are struggling with your career or self belief then call Sue, she is wonderful to work with and you will get results.”

About Coaching

April 20, 2009

Coaching is a partnership where the coach can help you formulate clear and achievable goals and work out the steps needed to reach them.

A coach can also help identify internal and external resources that will help in the process, and keep you focused.

A coach will keep you on track. Coaching gives you a clear and structured format.

You aren’t being told what to do. By asking powerful questions a coach helps you to bring out your own answers. This allows you to explore a topic, sometimes from a point of view you would never have even considered. You make you own mind up, and then progress in your own way. The coach leaves the responsibility to you.

Coaching by definition encourages learning. It respects the individual and builds confidence. A coach listens to you because he/she believes in your potential and understands how to develop this within your own value system.

A coach’s expectation is that you will succeed, and their belief in your ability sometimes exceeds your own. There is no judgment. A coach will encourage you to do more than you would do on your own to attain your personal best.
